EMIL UND KARL / Little Wheels, Big Mountains — Six days of bikepacking in the Swiss Alps. For Emil and Karl, it’s their first big mountain adventure. At just two-and-a-half years old, the boys mostly get to chill in the trailer while dads Jakob and Konne do the hard pedaling. Covering a span of 180 kilometers and a gain of 6,000 vertical meters isn’t the only challenge to their progress; Emil and Karl also have lots of important things to do along the way: toss rocks in rivers, watch cows and marmots, and brave their first little downhill rides on balance bikes. And just like the route has its ups and downs, so do the tiny co-pilots’ moods. 22'
A BAFFIN VACATION: LOVE ON ICE — Kayaking, climbing, kiteboarding – for Sarah McNair-Landry and Erik Boomer, Baffin Island is definitely the island of unlimited adventure possibilities. During their current expedition, they plan to experience as many outdoor sports as possible on Canada's fifth largest island. They are not afraid of long distances, altitude differences, or grueling 24-hour stages. Will this expedition bring them closer together or test their relationship? Only Baffin Island knows the answer. 26'
REEL ROCK: RIDERS ON THE STORM — With the first free ascent of Riders on the Storm in Patagonia, Siebe Vanhee, Sean Villanueva O’Driscoll, Nicolas Favresse, and Drew Smith made climbing history in February 2024. They finally achieved what countless teams had attempted and failed over the last 33 years. Determined to send all 41 pitches to the summit in one push, they had taken Patagonia’s notoriously bad weather into account. What they did not anticipate was the storm rising within their own team. It turns out that the true crux isn’t a 7c+ pitch at the edge of the world; it’s navigating a generation gap. 28'
COLD CALLS: JAPAN — Calling people might feel outdated these days, but if you’re a pro freerider and your phone rings, you probably shouldn’t let it go to voicemail. That call might just be someone offering you a spot in their next ski film—someone like Alexi Godbout. Lucky for Canadian freerider Alex Armstrong, she picked up. The result? An unforgettable ski trip to Japan—complete with sushi, late nights, and bottomless powder. 6'
ROGATKIN — At only five years old, he didn’t want to just ride a bike—he wanted to hit big jumps. Today, Nicholi Rogatkin is considered an extraordinary talent in freeride and slopestyle mountain biking. In Rogatkin, he looks back on the defining moments of his 20-year career so far: hard-fought wins, tough losses, time off to recover from injuries, and the constant pressure to perform at the highest level—not just because others expect it, but because he demands it of himself. But none of that has dampened his drive or creativity; Rogatkin loves what he does, and he has no plans to step away from the sport anytime soon. 15'
THAT ONE FRIEND — For some freeriders, “no friends on a powder day” is practically religion. But Sierra Schlag and Waverly “Waves” Chin just laugh at that. When these two head off-piste together, there’s no competition for first tracks or the best line—just good vibes. On the mountain, in the kitchen, chatting and knitting back at base—fun is the focus. Even gummy bears get VIP treatment on the runout. And the stoke? Unshakeable—even if the snowmobile tips over or the skis ice over outside the hut. 9'
MY GRANDMOTHER'S SKETCHBOOK / Under Mont Blanc — A 30-year-old sketchbook leads Max Romey to the Mont Blanc region. The Alaska-based watercolor artist and environmental advocate sets out to follow in the footsteps of his grandmother, who visited this landscape in the late 1990s and captured it in dozens of drawings. With mountain guide Hillary Gerardi, Max attempts to locate each sketch’s exact origin point. Many match perfectly—until the Mer de Glace throws him off course. The glacier has changed too much in 30 years to recognize. 13'
